  ADARSH HOUSING SOCIETY -  The 31 storey residential building came into existence in the year 2003 and was constructed on land that was originally meant to be used for housing Kargil War heroes and their families.  The Adarsh housing society was originally constructed for the families of soldiers who had died in the 1999 Kargil War.   MODEL CODE OF CONDUCT ( MCC ) -   T he MCC is a set of guidelines issued by the ECI ( ELECTION COMMISION OF INDIA ) to regulate political parties and candidates prior to elections in respect of conducting their political party campaigns . It helps EC in keeping with the mandate it has been given under Article 324 of the Constitution, which gives it the power to supervise and conduct free and fair elections to the Parliament and State Legislatures.
